Once a recovery or transport request has been accepted and a vehicle dispatched, a call-out fee may still apply if the customer cancels.

You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have full authority to request its recovery/transport.
The vehicle is legal and not carrying prohibited, hazardous, or unlawful items.
You will provide honest and accurate information about the vehicle and its condition when requested.
The vehicle is accessible in a safe and lawful location for recovery.
We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.
We will take reasonable care when handling your vehicle, but we shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other factors outside our control.
Loss of income, business, or indirect damages.
Damage to vehicles that are already in a compromised or unsafe condition.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Vehicles stored at our facility are kept securely.
Storage fees are charged weekly unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicles must be collected once fees are paid in full. Uncollected vehicles may be subject to additional legal processes and charges.
